We can include patching in the scope, or you can handle paint/finish work separately. We'll tell you which approach saves you money.
Will my insurance premiums drop?
Often yes — many insurers charge higher premiums (or refuse to insure) homes with knob-and-tube or aluminum branch wiring. Updated wiring is a selling point for both insurance and resale.
